When I used to work for Geelong council, they deducted $30 from staff pay whenever another member died, and gave it to their family. I think it was in the EBA at the time.

SCATS (traffic light software) is usually good at learning traffic patterns, however it can easily be thrown off by one off events (eg knock-off at a footy game).
