I may say this as a LW user, but LBZ feels like home and the whole community was rightfully pretty hurt about the 196 drama. Glad everyone stood together and made it clear what was up, and that Ada’s work in particular is much appreciated
For the record: Drag directed an individual to commit a specific act of violence that would likely result in suicide, which led to Drag being banned. This decision was based on basic community standards and not motivated by any “anti-Luigi” or “anti-leftist” sentiment.
The person that has been previously banned for suggesting that people kill themselves is here to tell you they’re innocent of being accused of doing it yet again…
And they brought proof that they did it.
This is god-like trolling folks. An absolute masterclass.
In another month or so when LW updates (the synching issue will actually be delayed even further beyond that they said), will this really be as much of an issue anymore?
If they want to provide hosting services, then let them? We can always move if we don’t like them, and let’s face it that some of those giant communities are fairly toxic and would remain so wherever they go.
Then again perhaps I am speaking of things that I do not know here: out of the top 10 communities listed there, I am not subscribed to any of them.

Drag gets that your theory sounded nice, but it’s not true and here’s the proof. The 196 mods were not concerned with encouraging suicide.
