The Dallas City Council voted Wednesday to reduce the speed limit on a portion of U.S. 75 Central Expressway after NBC 5 Investigates shined a light on extreme speeds and speed-related crashes on that roadway.

    Everyone knows that speed limits are recommendations. And the only ones that followed are always driving in the fucking left lane.

    Central is already a bimodal with 3mph bumper-to-bumper on one peak, and Spaceballs’ Ludicrous Speed on the other. Playing around with the posted limits is meaningless.

      Exactly… nobody gives two-shits what the posted speed limit is on Central (or much of anywhere else in TX).
