I personally would if User didn’t post anything to communities on my (bookwormstory.social) or similar (ani.social) instance.

Yes, I don’t oppose the hashtags as a concept. I am just saying that they should be fleshed out in a RFC before they would be implemented half way into production.

As is stands current implementation is sub optimal.

Thanks for a lot for the update. I wouldn’t say that auto apub hashtags is a good change. IMO they will spam the mastodon hashtags and should be implemented properly and extensively with customization and optionality.

Some of them do, some of them don’t. I think in UK it is swaped in reference to US.

I think the biggest challenge at the start will be keeping community alive. I know from experience that if you are the only person posting it is disheartening, and it leads to very fast burnout.

There is a possibility that my instance is buggy and it isn’t caching images even though it should.

I checked and there shouldn’t be any images stored on the server when running lemmy 1.18.4. The post was made in high emotional distress and shouldn’t be taken at a face value. If the posts are bothering you I advise purging the posts in question. (I have already done that)
