I really likr the last few firmware updates that my TV received. But apart from checking for updates every few months, I agree that keeping it blocked in my router settings is ideal.

Me too! Works super well. I fucking love NextDNS.
1:46157.75 using mobileSafari on iOS with NextDNS.
Thanks!
I believe that’s why it was listed down at the bottom in the whitelist section for those who still wanted to use FB?
What lists work well for you?
The dev clearly mentions that the TLD section is optional and not ideal to use…
How so? The 1Hosts blocklists introduced loads of issues for my network. Hagezi is about as perfect as it gets.
Was there something wrong with those optional FB/Insta whitelist options? I don’t use FB personally.
Good looks. I’m a big fan of this configuration tutorial for NextDNS.
iCloud Mail. I have a Proton account, but the app takes several seconds to load and show me my messages on my phone and I hate the delay. Plus, as of iOS 17, Mail now autofills email verification codes and delete the email afterwards. Plus Mail is built into Siri and all that jazz, so it sometimes shows possible events that I can add to the calendar. So convenient.
NextDNS. Several years now. It’s absolutely brilliant.
Except that Apple Maps are much easier to read.
Hmm, I wasn’t able to output either just now after installing the Stremio flatpak on my SteamDeck. But I was able to get lossless 7.1 audio, which is nice. No Atmos, unfortunately.
Fuck that, too.
Can it output 4K HDR/DV and Atmos and stuff?
FEED ME, SEYMOUR!
I’m unable to upload a single photo from the TestFlight beta on iOS 16.6. Gives me an error every time.
The Instagram archive upload has a set limit and since my archive is larger than the limit, it times out and reloads the desktop webpage every time I try to upload it.
I tried this for a while with my 80k iCloud Photo Library and uploading photos from my iPhone to BackBlaze with this app took so incredibly long. I barely backed up anything after one week. And I have gigabit internet!
Interesting. I hope they figure it out. I tried the Instagram import and I have too many photos in my archive so nothing about PixelFed is working for me yet.
My Sony runs AndroidTV and uses NextDNS to block telemetry and the like. The features that I received with the last few updates enabled VRR, improved clarity and Dolby Vision, etc. So it was definitely worth it.
