I saw this in Midsommar. Thankfully it wasn’t too explicit in showing it.
Traded for Brittney Griner and a future 1st round pick
Never heard of this. Love the entry!
This does sound like a suicide attempt. I think a lot of people attribute being hogtied to the presence of an attacker when those who commit suicide are known to tie themselves so that they won’t be able to back out.
Trivia: This makes an appearance on an episode of Succession, right down to the towel covering practice. That’s how I found out about it to begin with.
Did this inspire “Talk To Me”? lol
Chico Mendes Institute for Biodiversity Conservation
Legend
A lot of people hated the film adaptation but I think it kind of paints them sympathetically (well, Euronymous mostly) as kids that were just trying to be too edgy for their own good.
Can’t say the same for Varg, though. He’s still a dick to this day.
Lots of school shootings way before Columbine and for some reason it’s credited as the one that started it all.
Wearing a trench coat to conceal the rifle he was carrying
He was one of the best parts of that show and one of the most memorable reality show villains ever. I recommend watching the series on YT.
YOU AIN’T GOT NO HO-NOR!
Lemmy seriously needs kindergarten-level SEO. None of the communities barely show up on Google.
I’m not sure of the site schematics, but wouldn’t you die of smoke inhalation on most fires? If so, you’d be dead long before the flames touch you. There’s some discomfort for sure, but it’s worth considering over a long plummet to your death.
Pretty cool, although if you have a Steam Deck, you can easily chuck them in there along with several other retro console titles. It was through SD I was finally able to play Rule of Rose and Haunting Ground since I missed out on them.
When are Lemmy posts going to show up on Google searches??
It isn’t open source, but I like MP3 Tag. Following this anyway in case someone does namedrop a better app.
I was trying to build our mascot all by myself but never got to 30% at best. Thanks to those who tried helping without any idea at first before completely screwing it up with some three-eyed monstrosity, lmao.
It is. The Lemmy instance owners and the devs aren’t even making a dime off the platform.
That said, the decision to pay is still ultimately up to the user. If you feel it’s too pricey, then there’s Liftoff, which is a perfectly fine app in itself. Others are okay with it or even better if regional pricing is launched.
That’s ingenious and I’m slow for not catching on that, haha.
I think you’re just focusing on the pooping cycle. The part where the parasite possesses the snail and creates this elaborate display with the eyes to draw its real intended host/target is what’s fascinating.
