Fullmetal Fisting: Brotherhood
Great source of vitamin A!
Its owned by Facebook. I don’t know what anybody expected differently.
Damn, that’s a good comic. Dark superhero comics are definitely my thing; Worm/Ward (Parahumans universe by Wildbow, online fiction) are good recommendations if anybody likes this sort of thing
It really is fantastic as a show. The sex ghost episode is hilarious
Edit: also the phrase “disembodied chumbawumba” entered my lexicon from that show.
Similarly, the word “Humane”; if a human does something, it is human-like behavior. It is not synonymous with “good” or “ethical”.
You have to be a parasite for that, not have a parasite.
Please do not the slugs.
Parasites! Death!
Its a sensory thing IMO. You’re subjecting a captive audience to smells that may linger. Not to mention potentially making a mess for someone else to clean up
Entire neighborhoods are built with an HOA already pre-installed by the developers, with no way out of them AFAIK beyond basically dismantling the company that manages the HOA (that you funded by buying into the neighborhood).
Housing is extremely predatory in the US, and that’s not even getting into ever increasing home values being a major part of the stock market.
Wikipedia attempts to shield editors from being Doxxed and harassed by right wing nuts and their followers over writing accurate information.
Right wing nuts take offense at not being able to shape the narrative/history.
The internet is, by nature, problematic in terms of legal compliance because it is not wholly under the jurisdiction of any singular country.
You can go after hardware physically located within your own jurisdiction, and you can go after operators under your jurisdiction. But if you start going after folks/hardware outside of that, you’re rightfully going to be told to fuck off. (Which is why IP holders burn so much money on anti-piracy lobbying and get practically nowhere)
Its the same reason encryption bans are laughably idiotic.
I imagine this has been underway since whenever that legal kerfluffle in India happened
GrapheneOS allows it to not be used as the device unlock, but still use it for other apps once unlocked (such as banking apps).
Device unlock should never be biometric.
I also have data over the usb port disabled unless the device is actively unlocked.
I’ve wanted a flag for a while now, that was OSU but with Michigan colors; idgaf about sports but i think it’d be hilarious to see people frothing at the mouth over it 🤣
AFAIK gold on connectors is for anticorrosion purposes. Not particularly useful for say, a gaming mouse, but for an outdoor antenna i can see the use case.
First monday of the month for my area
They’re turning the friggin’ trees straight!
Large swathes of the continents of North America and Asia, and parts of Africa?
Kroger has both the regular and spicy version of it in my area of Ohio
