AFAIK consumer MS accounts don’t allow you to lock down access to a single IP. Adding MFA may help. If that doesn’t work, contact MS support and see if they can add a geolock to the account to only allow auth attempts from your country.

MS may also be able to change the email address then add your old one as an alias.

There’s plenty of reputable news sources publishing stories of prisoners fighting fires. I believe the definition of “youth” in OP’s image doesn’t necessarily mean “under 18” as I couldn’t find any sources of minors participating in this.

I’m excited. Oblivion was incredible because it was a fantasy world that I wanted to be in. Skyrim was so cold and damp, whereas Oblivion was more varied and felt like the home I’ve never had.
