I haven’t looked at the commits, I just switched the simple apps to the fossify versions. I thought they had switched all the apps over.
Currently learning German. I have another account on lemmy.ml, JetpackJackson@lemmy.ml. But I haven’t used it in a while.

Sorry, I just get anxious that I’m suddenly gonna need that code
Currently using Jekyll but working on switching to Haunt cause I like Scheme
Yeah. My plan in the future is to get a phone I can put divestos on
I suppose that’s an option
Unfortunately not an option for my phone :(
I’m honestly surprised by how nice Shepherd is now that I’m trying out Guix. It just seems very minimal and stays out of the way. But I havent poked around with it much
How can you disable it without affecting your system apps installed from there
Simple Mobile Tools -> Fossify Tools
I hear XMPP through Snikket is pretty easy. I just used prosody though
Oh interesting! I use the toolbar cause word suggestions is like one of my main things, its neat seeing someone who uses it (the app) differently! I’m glad you’re excited about the update :)
Heliboard is more feature complete right now, but I’m excited to see where Florisboard goes since theyre making their own glide typing and word suggestions.
Thank you for the summary!
I mean, they do have word for the cloud now… But I get what you’re saying
Switched from kitty to foot, I like it.
My main distro is arch but I installed gentoo on a spare laptop and im really enjoying the granular control and the choices available, like if I want to use the binaries I can, or I can use a bunch of USE flags, it’s very nice. Emerge is slightly slower than pacman for me but I can live with that. I should learn to write some ebuilds though.
Oh sick I didn’t realize it was his work, nice, thank you!
Who’s the artist of the image? I like the art style
Also the scared Lemmy and mastodon :( I feel bad for them
Migadu! Prices are fair in my opinion, and it’s bring your own email client (ie no webmail iirc) and bring your own domain… They also feel less “corporate-y” than Tuta or Proton. I have accounts with all three but I like migadu the most. If something happens, I don’t lose all my emails/need to change emails cause my email will still be JetpackJackson@<domain name>. Also, if you’re a student, they have a discount that you can email them about.
Also, Disroot is cool too but I don’t use them that much since I have three other emails to deal with lol
