  • One time, we all got hauled out to someone’s farm, for ag class, to watch pigs get castrated. A student was handling all the procedures until they got to the the likely prize show pig another student owned. The teachers husband took over and preformed the procedure. That likely prize pig, and only that pig, died that day. Rumor had it, that he purposefully botched the procedure so his own kid could win.

Im just sitting here wondering why this is making the rounds, except for this girl got caught. This is the par for the course and happens more often than one would think.

  • Ugh, the car!

I live in the heat. I have to start to car before hand, just to make it so the family doesn’t melt to the seats. It connects. I switch it back to my headset. I go back in the house to get stuff to load up, and I go out of range. Get back in range. It connects again. I switch it back to the headset. I forgot something…

Rinse and repeat like 5 times before I’m good to go. Whole time, I’m only catching every 10th word of whatever someone is saying to me on the phone, thinking it lost service, or they hung up on me.

    I hate auto connect.

  • Pretty sure my local bank has been doing this for a few years now. I thought I was losing it, but apparently it’s a thing.

Only thing that pisses me off (besides the obvious fact that its my bank doing this, and i dont want ads) is that I get ads for the same stuff I just bought. If your supposed to be some all knowing awesome algorithm that understands me better than I understand myself, send me ads for stuff I might actually want, but haven’t bought yet. Not, literally, the same thing I bought two days ago, and have no need for, for at least another month. Idiots.

  • It sounds like you caught it pretty early. Earlier than where it would be at for many pet parents.

Just give him love and encouragement, and do what you can to help him out. Try and reassure him the best you can through this uncertainty. Im sure hes just as confused about whats happening to him as you are. Sometimes things just happen. All you can do is to be the best friend to him that you can be and hopefully treatment will help.

You did good and you’re giving it all you got. That’s what counts.

Also, depending on the diagnosis, treatment needs, where your located, and your amount of resources, there maybe places with state of the art facilities that can help. Here we have Texas A&M. They can handle things like rare disease, chemo, dialysis, and complicated surgeries. If it looks like the appropriate thing to do, it maybe worth asking your vet if there’s someplace like that around you.

Good luck and I wish you guys the best.
