Most posts are essentially ads in disguise. Bots are the ones running the show here too though.

Bots are on every social media platforms.

Those niche communities will remain dead for years (assuming Lemmy grows and doesn’t die). It takes a long time to build these up.

An incredibly insignificant amount of users migrated over, yes. Protest failed and got decimated. Reddit won. That’s all there is to it.
