Do you need to? If you put a valve on the nozzle, then you can stop flow even more reliably than retraction does
I started out on a Commodore 64. I remember when I encountered my first 3d accelerated game, I think it was Microsoft Motocross Madness, at a friend’s house, IIRC he had a 400mhz pentium with a Matrox card, I want to say G400, but who knows, it was so long ago… Anyway 3D games were common, but not with accelerated graphics… It was mind-blowing.

If you’re not yet confident in your Linux skills, a good idea would be to disconnect all drives except the one you want to install on, during installation… especially if you have multiple drives of the same size

shit I was planning on learning programming starting from python… so what now? I’ve got some high-school level microcontroller C memories, and I’m proficient with Ladder and simple Instruction List. I tend to learn by doing, that’s why I was going for Python, it felt like I could make something straight away.

Far from my distro of choice but better compatibility with one distro usually translates to similar improvements on the others.
I’m very interested in the framework laptops, a 14" UHD touchscreen one would be an instant buy, the current lineup is still tempting nonetheless.
