A person who’s from r/ലാൽ_സലാം and r/കേരള
Yep.
I think that would be the summary
Yep. It says that the mainstream left n right in the US is pro-ruling class, with only minor differences and they get entangled around only entry-level topics without going after the materials reasons for issues n solving them.
I think they mean the democrats, with the term to mean the US mainstream ‘left’. The video criticises both the Left and Right under that definition.
Aah. Thank you.
Would the govt be able to create any laws to counter the case being overturned?
And unrelated:
Could the Green party and Democrats form a coalition and choose the President accordingly, if the results are bad?
I’m an Indian, where we have parliamentary democracy.
Parties can form coalitions and the leader set by the coalition becomes the Prime minister and the President is not as powerful, eventhough they’re technically the head of the nation.
Is it different in USA? If Trumps gains most votes, can the Greens and Democrats channel votes against him by creating a coalition?
Look, if you don’t care about LGBT folks, women who need abortions, asylum seekers, etc. you can pull that “don’t care” lever
Not a person living in USA, wouldn’t a coalition govt be better then, as the Roe vs Wade issue happened while the Democrats were in power?
Or are coalitions not allowed?
Or is the central govt powerless in such issues?
Didn’t Castro lead the group that freed their country from the dictator Batista?
They have a very high literacy rate now. Their life expectancy is quite decent in their region.
And they have good healthcare.
All this in about 60 or so years, while being under sanctions and other crisis.
I recently saw a video on it, saying that it’s true, but in tge context of US politics
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWy8EEqXbBg
As an outsider looking at America, the vid makes sense. I saw some comments on the net say that RW Trump was the first US president to go to Nk and meet Kim rather than some LW one. I don’t know whether the meetings were useful tho
Ever heard of horseshoe theory?
Yep.
One must find the anti-communist happy in their prison/punishment for being despotic, because they continue to repeat the same hypothetical thing everytime?
Which predictions? By whom, which authentic agency?
Were they peer-reviewed?
If you get diagnosed of some disease and you get cured because you took proper treatment, does it mean that you never had the disease?
The predictions about Ozone depletion had peer-reviewed research and stuff, right?
Or do you see some other motive that’d influence it?
Aah yes - Look, those authoritarian socialists are fighting monarchist/imperialist/colonial forces for the freedom of their land, redistributing land to the poor and giving voting rights to women etc. Let’s coup them and install druglords or despots there.?
Are you on the other side trying to sell us on Freedom and Democracy™(oil lover edition)?
Are there any modern books which talk about the same/similar contents which are easier/smaller for a beginner to start?
Which country has the most free press?
But that only allows comparison between different countries
The median or mode would also be needed to get the general view
Ok. Isn’t that a pretty unreliable, without additional measure for income inequality?
VLC is awesome. Rcently started getting frequent updates too.
MPV is another nice one. Tried it out recently. The user script option seems very cool: SkipSilence, SkipChapters etc.
VLC for vids and audio I want to watch normally and MPV for ones where I want SkipSilence(Got used to that feature thanks to Newpipe and Pipepipe)
