It seems to be a screenshot of notification bar of OP’s Android phone (usually top of the phone next to time). Since this is Degoogle community, OP’s phone is probably not popular enough for a community to build custom ROM for it, therefore OP settled with using privacy oriented messaging apps like Telegram and Signal, whose notifications shown in the screenshot.
That works because GrapheneOS has its own push service. Since I’m forced to use a stock Android, push notifications are done through Google Play Services, which I’ve deactivated and FOSS apps can’t use anyway.
Appreciate the context. I almost deleted this as it felt pretty low value, or a meme. It wasn’t clear what the point of it was. In future, please provide a bit more context.
For me incoming messages only activated the screen’s backlight without making a sound until I pinned the highest priority notification to the top.
Maybe because I’m using the Signal Foss fork.
Third app that needs this is Threema.
