Love the Sensorwatch project and I’ve been wearing the lite for half a year now, but I wonder what’s going on with the Github project. There seems to be really high community engagement and interest, with over 50 open PRs, but not much happening at all. There are good improvements and fixes in the PRs, too.

I see a picture of them show longitude but I don’t see anywhere that it mentions GPS function. Anyone have some insight on this?

What an interesting concept for such a classic watch design. Might consider buying one if it’s not too expensive. I’m hoping someone eventually makes a magnetometer add-on for it, it’d be like having a compass and metal detector on your wrist.

I love my sensorwatch!! I have an f91w and an a158w with an OG sensor watch and a lite respectively and they have been so much fun to mess with.

Glad to see the Pro is on the way!

Cortex M0+ low-power modes get ridiculous. There’s some deep sleep options that only retain SRAM and use dozens of nanoamps. At that point you’re running on the idea of electricity. Even full-tilt, this chip probably pulls 2 mA, for enough oomph to run Doom. Not that you could display it.
