I’m confused, because doesn’t Duckduckgo Maps already use Apple Maps?

I brought up Northrop because I’m guessing they bid a Cygnus derived deorbit vehicle.

How is this a handout? They bid for a contract and won it vs competitors.

I’m hoping we get a source selection statement soon where they spell out why companies like Northrop and Blue didn’t win.

I couldn’t find any kind of history of tech bubbles that wasn’t pro-bubble. Going backwards: “AI”, VR, Blockchain/Crypto, …, Dot Com bubble? I feel like there have to be more examples in there that I’m missing.

Engineering is a cost center, they don’t make money!

I don’t really see a point in flying Artemis 3 without at least going to Gateway, which won’t be ready in NRHO until probably late 2026. Plus, Artemis 4 will be NET 2028 because of EUS/ML2 development, so I don’t see what the big hurry would be for the “cadence” schedule.

I’m not trying to excuse Starship delays just because other contractors are also behind. All these delays suck. There’s just so much work to do.
