I suspect they added “flipper zero” to the last paragraph so there was a non-zero chance that self aggrandizing turd of an article gets read by anyone not subscribed to Boring Canadian Government Organization Magazine. 

I don’t think anyone really needs to take this threat seriously. These poor folks don’t even have a clue :-)
